Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At The Radical Firearms, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Firearms — All Sales Final

Once a firearm transfer has been completed at your designated FFL dealer, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on transferred firearms under any circumstances, as required by federal law.

Refunds on firearm orders are only available in the following situations:

• Your order was cancelled before it shipped
• Your NICS background check was denied and the FFL transfer could not be completed
• The firearm arrived visibly damaged prior to FFL transfer (documented with photos)
• You received the wrong item and the error was on our part

3. Non-Firearm Items — Accessories, Optics & Gear

Non-firearm items such as accessories, optics, ammunition, and tactical gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• All original tags, manuals, and accessories are included
• The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 5)

Items returned outside the 30-day window or in used condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:

• Document the damage with clear photos immediately upon receipt
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
• Include your order number and photos in your message

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may void your eligibility for a refund or replacement. We will assess each case individually and provide a resolution within 3–5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

• Transferred firearms
• Ammunition (all sales final for safety reasons)
• Opened or used cleaning kits and consumable products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance at time of purchase
• Custom or special-order firearms and accessories

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected] or via Telegram @TRFSUPPORT with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process if eligible.

7. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement
• Zelle: 2–3 business days after approval
• Wire Transfer: 3–5 business days after approval

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. If you do not receive it within the stated timeframe, contact us with your order number.

8. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. The Radical Firearms is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

9. NICS Background Check Denial

If your NICS background check is denied and your FFL dealer is unable to complete the transfer, you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds in this case are processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that any FFL dealer transfer fees paid directly to your dealer are non-refundable by The Radical Firearms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of any revised policy.
