3. Firearms Laws & Compliance

All firearm purchases made through The Radical Firearms are subject to federal, state, and local laws. By purchasing a firearm from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All firearms will be shipped to a federally licensed FFL dealer in your state
• You must complete a NICS background check through your FFL dealer before taking possession
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the firearm is legal to own in your state and locality
• You will comply with all applicable waiting periods, registration requirements, and restrictions

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may violate federal or state firearms laws.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via credit/debit card, wire transfer, and Zelle. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped.

7. FFL Transfer Responsibility

The Radical Firearms is not responsible for any delays, fees, or issues that arise at your designated FFL dealer. FFL transfer fees charged by your dealer are separate from our pricing and are your responsibility. We are not liable for any FFL dealer's failure to complete a transfer or any actions taken by your FFL dealer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of The Radical Firearms and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
